Impact & Accomplishments

• Creates open forum and collaborative partnership among agencies involved in juvenile justice services
• Facilitated development of data collection system to track law enforcement referrals, disposition and risk factors
• Awarded Federal Grant to establish Intensive In-Home Treatment Program and establish Mentoring services in the Waushara County Department of Human Services
• Awarded Federal Grant to establish Home Visiting Program for Waushara County families, implemented by CAP Services
• Awarded Office of Justice Assistance Grant to implement a Community Service Program and Mentor/Monitor Program implemented by the Waushara County Department of Human Services
• Demonstrated the use of Mentoring as valuable and effective tool to prevent delinquency, support positive youth development and provide intervention services for youth and their families. Mentoring services have increased in the community as a result.
