Funding Request – Redgranite library- has requested $800 to create and stock a STEAM Lab (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math).  After discussion, it was decided more information was needed.  Mary will gather this info and send out to committee for a vote.  ($300 was given to Redgranite Library)

Brenna shared information about the Google Docs program where information could be shared and replies sent back to one person.  Downfall would be that we would not see other’s comments, Upside would be that it would reduce the number of emails received by individuals.  Discussion, followed by a decision to continue to send requests out through email as sometimes someone’s comments influence others decisions.

YRBS – Survey closed Friday, Mary shared a quick County-wide review.  It was noted that individual numbers of respondents were wrong for Wild Rose and Wautoma schools.  Mary will try to work with  DPI to determine where the error was made (No info as of 5/8/17).

FACTS – Screenagers – Sandi shared information and a registration sign-up sheet was passed around.  Mary stressed that we need committee members to help set up and take down the tables and chairs.

BRKD Report – 978 participants and 84 volunteers participated in the event. Craig shared that his family had a great time.
