Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day

Something for the Whole Family

Looking for some free family fun?  Interested in learning more about area resources and safety? Plan to attend Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day 2015.

Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 8:30 am to 12:30 PM at Parkside School, 16th Avenue, Wautoma.

This free family fun and resource fair offers a wide variety of child health and safety exhibits in addition to many fun hands-on activities for the whole family. Families can learn about house fires and practice safe evacuations in the Coloma Fire Department’s Safety House simulator, sample healthy foods, and learn about fitness, sun and personal safety.

Families will enjoy exploring emergency vehicles, Bouncy Castles, and on-stage family entertainment.  Plenty of exhibitor activities make for a great morning of fun for the children, while allowing parents a chance to learn about area programs and services.

ParksideSchoolis located on 16th Avenue, off Highway 21 west of Wautoma. Blue Ribbon Kid’s Day is an activity of the Waushara County Department of Human Services with support of civic groups and businesses from throughout WausharaCounty.
